Dear john

My response is from story”dear john “ by nicholas sparks

This book is about a boy who dropped out of school and went into the army .until on a trip back from he meets a girl savannah they have incense accraction right away and fall in love “it took two weeks for me to fall in love with you “ savannah waits for john to come back home but 911 changes everything and john feels like he has to serve his country

They right letters to each other but this doesn’t break up the distance savannah ends up marrying another man and john is heartbroken

This book showed how hard distance is and what it is like to lose someone by making me feel like i was in their shoes and how it would be to go through that experience and how much it would affect you emotionally  and effect your  mental health losing someone you cared so much about to another person . that one action he took protecting her and america when 911 happened affected their relationship just because of that action and now she is married to another man i can imagine that he would be thinking for the rest of this life if he made the right decision or action from my life experience i think there is always a decision and action you should of done differently but they have made you who you are and the place you are in right now which i would not changed. This book has made me realise i’m in the position i am because of the actions i have made and no one else has got me here .this  book has also taught me what to do when i come up do a hard life decision that will affect me being with a person or changing my life

in this book it gives a lot of realistic situations throughout the whole book this made it easier to relate and feel like you were in the book giving me an image of the characters .
